On September 24, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Misty Dr., Thomasville, in reference to trespassing. While enroute, Communications advised the suspect, Tamber Nicole Jolly, was entered as wanted by NC Probation and had two outstanding orders for arrest. Upon arrival, deputies located Jolly, who claimed to be a US Marshal. She was placed under arrest. During a subsequent search, methamphetamine was located.
She was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor Impersonation of a Law Enforcement Officer. She received a $5,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for September 25, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
The Orders for Arrest out of Davidson County were served and she received a combined bond of $11,250 with a September 29, 2023, court date in their county.
