On September 25, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Little River Rd., Seagrove. A passenger, identified as Destini Madia Collins, was found to be in possession of a schedule I controlled substance. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance. He was issued a $1,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for September 25, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
