On June 22, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to S. Main St., Randleman, in reference to a larceny/theft by an employee that had already occurred.
Upon arrival, the Chief Loss Prevention Officer reported that it had been discovered that a former employee Camille Carolyns Irizarry-Rodriguez had committed multiple acts of larceny. The incidents occurred between 02-23-22 and 05-06-22. He advised that they were still reviewing footage and more incidents may be found.
Charges were sought on Irizarry-Rodriguez and the magistrate found probable cause for six counts of felony larceny by an employee and three counts of felony obtaining property/money by false pretense and issued the warrants for arrest.
She was located, arrested and served the warrant for the three counts of felony obtaining property/money by false pretense. She was issued a $2,500 unsecured bond with a first appearance set for July 18, 2022. She failed to appear at the second court date on August 17, 2022, and the judge issued an order for arrest for failure to appear on August 18, 2022.
On February 20, 2023, she was served the remaining warrants for the six counts of felony larceny by an employee and received a $5,000 total secured bond. A first appearance was set for February 21, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
