On October 24, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers went to the residence of Kalil Jabri Cuthrell to transport him for drug testing as a part of the conditions of his court ordered EHA. Upon the return of a positive drug test, he was charged with violating EHA. His new conditions of release were set at $250,000 Secured + EHA. A court date has been set for October 24, 2022, in Randolph County District Court.
Cuthrell was originally placed on EHA on August 15, 2022, for the charges of two counts felony attempted murder, felony discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling, and two counts of felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflicting serious injury.
