On March 18, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers conducted a compliance visit with Roger Lee Brown at his residence on Moffitt Mill Rd., Asheboro. During a subsequent search, Brown was found to be in possession of items that are in violation of the conditions of EHA. He was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the Order for Arrest for Billings for Violation of Pre-Trial Conditions of Release /EHA. He was issued a $25,000 secured bond plus continued EHA monitoring. A court date was set for March 21, 2022, in Randolph County Superior Court.
