During the June session of the Randolph County Grand Jury, a True Bill of Indictment was issued on Robert Daniel Pugh as a result of an investigation conducted by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division. As a result of an investigation, he was indicted for two counts of Felony Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts and Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Goods/Property from incidents that occurred on June 16, 2021, for larcenies of catalytic converters.
On June 14, 2022, Pugh was located, arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served the True Bill. The magistrate issued a $20,000 secured bond and a court date was scheduled for June 16, 2022, in Randolph County Superior Court.
