On August 12, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Jordan Rd., Ramseure in reference to fraud. Upon arrival, the victim provided evidence that Colette Marley Tinnin had attempted to defraud the business.
Following the investigation, Tinnin was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony attempt to obtain property by false pretense. She was issued a $1,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for August 13, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
