On April 12, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Reddy Foxx Ln. in reference to a larceny of a boat that had already occurred. Following an investigation by the Criminal Interdiction Team Urban Unit, charges were sought against Dennis Albert Russell for felony possession of stolen goods/property.
On May 7, 2025, Russell was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where he was served with his warrant. He was given a $2,000 secured bond with a first appearance set for May 8, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
