The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Unit has concluded an investigation relating to the distribution of Fentanyl in Randolph County. As a result of this investigation, warrants for arrest were issued on Lesley Marie Ball and Christopher Keith Board.
On April 8, 2025, Christopher Keith Board was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where he was served with his warrant for arrest for four counts of felony trafficking in heroin, felony conspire to traffic in heroin, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $400,000 secured bond with a first appearance scheduled for April 9, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
On April 22, 2025, Lesley Marie Ball was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where she was served with her warrants for arrest for eight counts of felony trafficking in heroin, felony conspire to traffic in heroin, and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $500,000 secured bond with a first appearance scheduled for April 23, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
