On March 30, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Katrina Dr., Thomasville, regarding a larceny. Upon arrival, the victim provided information regarding the theft.
Following the investigation, charges were sought against Logan Justus Garrett for felony larceny of a firearm and felony obtain property by false pretense.
On April 11, 2025, Garrett was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served the warrant and issued a $2,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for April 14, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
He was also served an outstanding warrant out of Davidson County for misdemeanor discharge a firearm in city. A written promise to appear was issued for May 5, 2025, in Davidson County District Court.
