On January 23, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office received a referral from the Randolph County Department of Social Services, in reference to a possible sex offense.
As a result of an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division, Nicholas Aaron Martin was subsequently charged with felony indecent liberties with a child.
On March 20, 2025, Martin was located, arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served with the warrants for his arrest and received a $10,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for March 24, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
