On February 9, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Wedgewood Terrance, Trinity, about a call for service regarding a homeowner requesting to have a subject trespassed from their property. Upon arrival, the homeowner stated that the male had left the residence and identified him as Christopher Jay Stone. Deputies searched the area, locating Stone on Lowerywood Cir., Trinity. They made contact to inform him that he was trespassed from the property on Wedgewood Terrace. During a safety frisk, illegal narcotics and paraphernalia were located. Stone was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of schedule IV controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a $7,500 secure bond. A first appearance was set for February 10, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
