On September 17, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Allwood Dr., Trinity, in reference to a larceny that had already occurred. Upon arrival, the complainant provided information about a stolen hunting bow.
Following an investigation by the Criminal Interdiction Team-Urban Unit, charges were sought against Adam Gene Phillips for felony break/enter a motor vehicle with theft and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant.
On September 21, 2024, Phillips was located, arrested, and transported to Randolph County Detention Center where he was served his warrant and no bond was issued. A first appearance was set for September 23, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
