On November 27, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Burney Rd., Asheboro, in reference to an assault, to which EMS was called for medical evaluation.
Following the investigation, Adam Hollingsworth Tomlinson was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the arrest and gave a domestic hold, no bond was issued, and a court date of November 27 was set. The conditions of release were explained to Mr. Tomlinson, and he was booked into the Randolph County Jail without incident.
