On November 12, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Rolling Road, Trinity, in reference to a larceny/theft. Upon arrival, deputies met with the homeowner/victim, who advised that the home security camera had captured Terrea Montana Salyers, who is known to the victim, entering the residence and stealing items while they were away. The evidence was collected. Charges were sought on Salyers and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for felony larceny after break/enter, felony breaking and or entering, misdemeanor larceny, and misdemeanor second-degree trespass.
On November 13, 2023, deputies made contact with Terrea Montana Salyers and placed her under arrest. All items listed as stolen were recovered from inside of her residence except for one item. Those items were returned to the victim.
Salyers was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where she was served the warrant. She has a pending case out of Guilford County, so the magistrate set No Bond. Her first appearance was set for November 13, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
