On August 10, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Deerfield Country Drive, Randleman, in reference to a reported drug violation. Upon arrival and investigation, Jessica Margaret Glover, who had an outstanding Order for Arrest out of Guilford County for misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of a juvenile, was located. During a subsequent search, methamphetamine and paraphernalia were located.
Also located at the residence, Chelsi Nichole Rayle, who was wanted through Probation/Parole for misdemeanor probation violation and was an absconder. She was also arrested.
They were transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where they were taken before the magistrate.
Rayle received a $25,000 secured bond.
Glover was served her order for arrest along with the warrant for additional charges in which the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $15,000 total secured bond.
A first appearance was set for both on August 11, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
