On August 8, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers were made aware that that Tierra Meyon Johnson had violated her conditions of EHA. Deputies responded to the Adult Day Reporting Center where they were advised that Johnson had tested positive for illegal substances. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the felony electronic house arrest violation. The magistrate issued a $200,000 secured bond plus continued EHA. A first appearance was scheduled for August 9, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
Johnson was placed on EHA on March 13, 2023, for two counts felony trafficking opium / heroin, felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony manufacture/sell/deliver/possess controlled substance within 1000 FT of park, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule I controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She also violated the terms of EHA on June 21, 2023, for testing positive for meth/marijuana and returned to EHA on July 26, 2023.
