On July 26, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit concluded an investigation related to the distribution of narcotics in Randolph County. The Vice and Narcotics Unit, assisted by the Criminal Interdiction Team, executed a search warrant at 3114 Green Tree Rd. in Thomasville. During the search, Detectives located and seized a trafficking amount of Methamphetamine, Heroin, Clonazepam, Alprazolam and Suboxone. Also located and seized were two firearms and US Currency.
As a result, Steven Michael Cribb was transported to Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of felony trafficking in methamphetamine, two counts felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession of a firearm by a felon, felony possession of a weapon of mass destruction, misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to ½ oz., misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a $115,000 secured bond plus Electronic House Arrest with a first appearance set for July 27, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
