On May 10, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers were made aware that James Glenn Baker had violated his conditions of EHA. Baker was arrested at the Probation Office and transported him to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was taken before the magistrate and issued a $25,000 secured bond with EHA.
Baker was originally placed on EHA on January 9, 2020, for felony discharge weapon into occupied property, discharge weapon entice fear, injury to real property, injury to personal property.
