On December 29, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the area of Whites Chapel Rd., and Hwy 49 N., Liberty. The driver was identified as Angela Sue Berry.
During a subsequent search, a concealed weapon, an illegal substance and paraphernalia were located.
Berry was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of cocaine, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor window tinting violation.
She was issued a $20,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for December 29, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
