In November 2024, members of the Invictus Task Force initiated an investigation related to multiple Cybertips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. During the course of the investigation, Daniel Benjamin Holladay was identified as a suspect.
On September 04, 2025, a search warrant was executed by members of the Invictus Task Force, and, as a result, Daniel Benjamin Holladay was taken into custody and charged with (2) counts of Second-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Holladay was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate issued a $50,000 secure bond and set a first appearance in Forsyth County District Court for September 10, 2025. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Invictus Task Force representatives.
