During the month of May 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Unit concluded an investigation relating to the distribution of oxycodone in Randolph County. As a result of this investigation, charges were sought on Tyler Randell Beane for felony sell / deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
On August 11, 2025, Beane was located, arrested, and transported to Randolph County Detention Center, where he was served with his warrant for arrest. The magistrate issued him a $5,000 secured bond with a first appearance set for August 12, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
