On July 31, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Andrew Hunter Rd. & Pleasant Cross Rd., Franklinville, in reference to warrant service on Justin Matthew Stiltner.
During a subsequent search to arrest, methamphetamine and paraphernalia were located. He was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center. The magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also served his outstanding warrant. The magistrate issued a $10,000 total secured bond. A first appearance is scheduled for August 1, 2025, in Randolph County District Court
