On July 22, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Randolph Health in reference to an assault that had occurred on Davis Country Rd., Randleman, and resulted in injuries.
Following the investigation, charges were sought on Tristan Michael Lee Greene for felony assault by strangulation and misdemeanor assault on a female, and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for arrest.
On July 25, 2025, Greene was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where he was served his warrant and received no bond due to the charges being domestic in nature. He was taken back before the magistrate on July 27 and received a $2,500 secured bond, and a court date has been scheduled for August 4, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
