
In January 2025, members of the Invictus Task Force initiated an investigation related to multiple Cyber tips received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. During the course of the investigation, Joseph Marshall Blevins was identified as a suspect.
On April 10, 2025, a search warrant was executed by the members of the Invictus Task Force and as a result, Joseph Marshall Blevins was taken into custody and charged with nine (9) counts of Second-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Blevins was transported to the Forsyth County Detention Center where the magistrate issued a $300,000 secured bond and set a first appearance in Forsyth County District Court. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Invictus Task Force representatives.
