During an investigation on November 2, 2024, at Wedgewood Terrace, Trinity, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office later determined that Brittany Nicole Brockman had falsely identified herself as someone else.
On January 4, 2025, charges were sought for felony identity theft and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant for arrest.
On March 23, 2025, Brockman was located in Guilford County, arrested, and transported to the Guilford County Detention Center, where she was served her warrant. The magistrate issued a no bond. A court date set for May 5, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
