On February 15, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Prince Noble Rd., Randleman, in reference to a fight. Upon arrival, deputies were advised that Ezequiel Espinoza had entered a car at the address and was being detained. The resident advised deputies that the male had been seen walking on the property and then was seen entering the driver's side of the vehicle. A family member and friend were called and responded, locating the male in the driver’s seat, and detaining him while Communications dispatched a deputy. Following the investigation, Espinoza was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle and issued a $15,000 secured bond. A first appearance was set for February 17, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
