
During the month of November 2024, the Invictus Task Force began investigating a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). As a result of the investigation, Carter Paul Fields was charged by the Task Force with (7) seven counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. FIELDS was arrested on November 19, 2024, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate issued a $10,000 secured bond and set a first appearance in Randolph County District Court for November 20, 2024. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Invictus Task Force representatives.
