On November 13, 2024, Randolph County Sheriff's Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Deputies learned that Scotty Eugene Youngblood had been arrested by Probation and Parole for violating the terms of his probation. At the time, Youngblood was under Pre-Trial Release EHA. Charges were sought against him for breaching the terms of his pre-trial release. Subsequently, he was taken before the magistrate, where he was served his process and issued a $50,000 secured bond with continued EHA supervision. A first appearance was scheduled for November 14, 2024, in the Randolph County District Court.
Youngblood has been on EHA since May 29, 2024, for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, felony trafficking methamphetamine, and felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance.
