On June 18, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff's Office responded to Covered Bridge Rd., Trinity, in reference to a reported larceny/theft. Upon arrival, the victim provided information and evidence about the theft.
Following the investigation charges were sought against Christopher Allen Small for felony breaking/entering and felony larceny after break/enter and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant.
On June 22, 2024, Small was located, arrested, and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was served his warrant. The magistrate denied bond and a first appearance was set for June 24, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
