On April 8, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on I85 N. near mile marker 110. Upon approach, the odor of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle.
During a subsequent search, marijuana and paraphernalia were located. The driver, Nytravian Demetrius Parker of Greenville, NC, and the passenger identified as Lemonz Feikhem Williams of Winterville, NC, were both placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Both were issued a $5,000 secured bond with a first appearance set for April 9, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
