Following further investigation, on April 9, 2024, additional charges were sought on Zackary Scott Williamson for an additional count of felony larceny and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a criminal summons for Williamson.
On April 9, 2024, Braswell was located and served his criminal summons. A court date was set for May 13, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.

On February 12, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of NC Highway 62, Thomasville, for a possible theft of items in the area and a suspicious vehicle. On February 13, 2024, they responded to Quail Way, Thomasville, in reference to larceny/theft of items that had occurred between the time of 8:49 pm and 8:52 pm on February 12th.
Following an investigation, charges were sought against Zackary Scott Williamson for felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods.
On April 6, 2024, Williamson was located in Guilford County, arrested, and transported to the Guilford County Detention Center where he was served his warrant. Bond was denied. A first appearance was set for May 13, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
