On February 21, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff's Office responded to Millboro Rd., Sophia, in reference to a request for an agency assist with NC Probation and Parole. Upon arrival, deputies located officers with Justin Bradley Morris. While searching the property, they had located methamphetamine. Morris was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for the charge(s) of felony possession of methamphetamine and felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance. He was given a $2,500 secured bond and a first appearance was set for February 22, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
