On October 25, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Jordan Valley Rd., Trinity, to investigate a reported larceny/theft.
Following the investigation, charges were sought on Chad Garrett Fain for felony larceny and felony possession of stolen goods and the magistrate found probable cause to issue a warrant.
Some of the items were located and returned to the victim.
Fain, currently confined in the Randolph County Detention Center on charges unrelated to this incident, was served the warrant. No bond was given due to the Pre-Trial Integrity Act and a first appearance was set for October 27, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
