On January 24, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers were made aware that Julian Glenn Cross had violated his conditions of EHA. They responded to the Adult Day Reporting Center and placed him under arrest. He was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the felony electronic house arrest violation. He was given a $50,000 secured bond plus continued EHA. A first appearance was scheduled for January 25, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
Cross was placed on EHA on October 13, 2022, for breaking and or entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and attempted larceny. He violated EHA on January 3, 2023, for testing positive for methamphetamine on a drug screening and EHA was continued on January 17, 2023.
