Posted on: March 28, 2026[ARCHIVED] STATEWIDE BURN BAN -- EFFECTIVE AT 6 p.m. SATURDAY, MARCH 28 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Due to increased wildfire risk, the N.C. Forest Service and Randolph County Fire Marshal has issued a ban on all open burning until further notice.
