Spaying and neutering dogs and cats reduces unplanned litters and unwanted animals admitted at the Animal Shelter.
Adopted dogs and cats are vaccinated and spayed or neutered before leaving the Adoption Center. Owners of animals too young or otherwise unable to be altered at the time of adoption will receive a refund of 50% of the adoption fee after the pet is spayed or neutered.
